We then either dry or wet age our beef, depending on the cut, for a minimum of 28 days to ensure that famous flavor and tenderness found only at JaK's. ALWAYS the best filet....or any other cut. Also, "equal opportunity waiting" to get in. I've stood in line with Mariner players. Everything is ALWAYS top notch.
