Katina treats the root cause of her patients’ problems, not just the symptoms. She uses a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional retraining along with an individualized home exercise program in order to return a patient to his/her pre-injury functional level while preventing further injury.

Dr. Caruthers treats each of her patients as if they were family and takes into consideration their entire medical story. She works with her patients to create an individualized plan of care to allow them to function without limitations. Her medical interests are asthma, food allergies including eosinophilic esophagitis, eczema, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), chronic cough, drug allergies and immunodeficiencies.
