He is funny, quirky and has had me call in regarding dry eye progress instead of wasting time on a visit I don't need to pay or be seen for. His assistant is also very nice!

I know Dr. Dolezal is a fantastic eye doctor with a great personality. However, this office staff is a sub-par. It took well over a month to have prescriptions put into glasses, and the "manager"...

I couldn't say whether Dr Dolezal is good or not. I arrived for my 4:20 appt 7-8 mins late and the doctor would not see me. One of his staff members said they allow a 10-min grace period, however...
