Established in 1949, Catholic Family & Child Service is a social service provider to families, especially young women experiencing unplanned pregnancies and needing help to consider an adoption plan. Based in Richmond, Wash., the service is available in 10 locations across central Washington and offers child care services, referral and training resources and parent education. The counseling programs assist children and the elderly with day to day problems, life adjustments and mental health issues.
