Its mission is to develop a lifetime relationship with members by offering a wide range of competitive, quality financial products and services at reasonable rates. Its host of financial services include share accounts, loans, checking accounts, money market accounts, check cards, investments, ATM access, on-line banking and other services such as travelers checks and money transfers. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works or worships in Washington State. The Industrial Credit Union was chartered in 1941 as the Puget Pulp Credit Union by members working at the Puget Sound Pulp and Timber Company.

Great bank with a nice small town feel. Super helpful staff. Access is not great with is the only reason for marking it down.

Not a good location. ..takes forever for help....have had to water up 20 min...the teller said they are understaffed. ..employees were sitting at the desk ..just watching...don't have that problem...

The staff at the downtown branch is friendly and efficient. With noting, though not as important, there always seems to be ample free parking in their private lot!

The ATM at this location is consistently "out of service". I have lost count of how many times I have driven over to use the ATM and left unable to deposit my check.
