Our family business is happy to serve you the highest quality BBQ. All of our products are made from scratch using our own recipes. We use fruit wood from Eastern Washington to impart a delicious smoky flavor to our meat. All of our food is fresh and made to order. We love our customers and look forward to feeding you and your family!

If you see this food truck STOP! The brisket is melt in your mouth tender and the potato salad is really flavorful (dill pickle forward). The mac & cheese is super tasty, the 3 year old loved it...
