There were 3 people in the class...and with good reason. This is, by far, the most rigid and militant studio I've ever been to (and I've practiced all over for 20 years-I'm also an instructor)....

So glad they opened a hot yoga studio in Lakewood! The instructors Heidi & Justin are so knowledgeable, passionate and cares for each of their students and shows during each class! I love that...
