History

Our business opened in 1992 wherein we picked up a contract doing installations for Sears for our first 9 years. At that point the housing boom drove us to focusing more on new construction installations plus more of our own retro-fit work (replacing of existing systems) for our own customers. The last 13 years or so we have contracted with a home warranty service where we have become more focused on service and retro-fit installations for both them, as well as ourselves. We are a small business and work hard on making sure that every customer is satisfied with our service when we leave their home. As the owner I am on every job to assure this. Personally, I have designed and installed an estimated 4,000 duct systems on new construction homes, repaired some 30,400 systems (4.5 per day/52 weeks a year/26 years) and replaced an estimated 6,000 systems and counting.
