In southcentral Washington, wine is king, but with "H3 Brewery", you can "live long in Prosser". I've ridden my bike on the Horse Heaven Hills, but now I can drink at a brewery named after them....

Small whole in the wall but it's a family owned and the son knows his beer. Brews an amazing set of beers.

Great locally owned brewery with a number of tasty beers on tap (none in the bottle yet). Loads of air-conditioning and big screen T.V. (if you are into that kind of thing). Nice big tasting...
