Overlake Composite Squadron
Overlake Composite Squadron is a dedicated volunteer organization in Redmond, WA, serving the local community since 1995. With a focus on three CAP missions - Emergency Services, Aerospace Education, and Cadet Programs - Overlake trains and mentors exceptional young leaders, fosters effective teamwork, and cultivates selfless citizenship. Civil Air Patrol, a non-profit volunteer organization established in 1941, is the parent organization of Overlake Composite Squadron. As the civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force, CAP boasts a membership of over 55,000 individuals and maintains a fleet of more than 550 single-engine aircraft. With a focus on cadet programs, aerospace education, and emergency services, CAP fulfills its congressionally mandated missions through search and rescue operations, disaster relief efforts, cadet flight training, and various other tasks.
