History

I decided to start Home Inspector Pro after I observed time after time missed problems or incomplete home inspections done by other inspectors. In 2004 when the housing market crashed and banks were acquiring large amount of properties back, they received Home Inspections that were done poorly and finding them incomplete. That is when organizations lobbied the State of Washington to require Home Inspectors to be licensed. In 2007 is when the law came in to effect. Even now I am still was finding new home owners in a financial crunch with problems that should have been reported on their home inspection. That is why I decided to acquire my license and start Home Inspector Pro.
