History

Ron and Barb Wachter bought the Hilltop Hotel and Lounge in 1963. The Hotel and restaurant have both been remodeled since then. The Hilltop Restaurant just reopened after a 3 week hiatus, with a new chef, and brand new menu!

Our brand new menu, classic cocktails, 12 beer taps, and quick, helpful waitstaff ensure every guest received the best service. The Hilltop restaurant is inside the Coast Hilltop Inn, so it's perfect for families and friends visiting WSU students!
