Since there aren't really any public outdoor pools and the weather usually isn't cooperative to be conducive for a public pool, the Heritage Park Fountain is a perfect place to cool down for free....

What a fun place! I love that this fountain was designed so people could play in it! When the fountain is not on it looks like a plaza with holes around the perimeter. When it's on--watch out!...
