Been with the Bank for over 6 years and haven't seen any current reviews. The staff has always been great and personable. They come up with creative solutions for any purchases I have made....

I was initially with the King County Credit Union. That changed to Prevail Credit Union. Prevail then changed to Harborstone Credit Union in 2013... So here I am! I appreciate the credit union...

I was with King County that changed to Prevail and then to Harborstone. I prefer to pay my credit card bill over the phone. That is my prerogative as a customer. My family has been with them...
