Located in Silverdale, Wash., Encore Communities are locally owned and managed by a family of retirement living and health professionals. It offers a variety of living options and health services, including private cottages, assisted and independent living facilities and rehabilitation care centers. Its GENTLECARE program offers a variety of specialized services for individual suffering from Alzheimer s disease, dementia and other related disorders. The center offers services, such as rehabilitation therapies, on-site pharmacy, 24-hour skilled nursing care services, physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient services that include Aquatic therapy, wound care, discharge planning, consultation with physicians, and therapy pool and spa. The community offers its services to Kitsap, Mason and Jefferson counties in Washington.
