Money driven, they have a policy to make you buy ear molds but can't even let people buy the hearing test sponge as an alternative from the crappy caps they offer that can't even fit the PHONAK...

You're on your own. These people are middle men for the hearing aide manufacturer. No support unless you want to pay more money. Even if you buy the most expensive hearing aides.
