Service is a hit or miss. I have ordered a few times for delivery and sometimes I would be missing sauce and sauce is so critical for dipping! Lol. Dining in, is a hit or miss with timing....

Tried it twice now and not sure why this place is still opened. Tried it when it first opened and gave it basically the same review I am giving now (years later)...If you like bread and salad...

Ordered a Charburger and it was the size of a kid's Happy Meal burger. Men's bathroom was trashed. Out of Dr. Pepper and other drinks. Garbage overflowing.
