Cool little coffee shop. The London fog latte is excellent. Tasty and not too sweet. Only knock is the baristas weren't especially warm. But I guess that's why it's called Grumpy Bean.

Came here for a drink to start my day. I got a hit lavender chai. Service was friendly and quick . My drink was delicious! I would definitely come back
