Conveniently located in the north Beacon Hill neighborhood, Harborview’s Primary Care at Hobson Place Clinic offers comprehensive wellness care and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses for those over the age of 18. We place an emphasis on engaging homeless and at-risk patients in primary care but are open to all community members for care. Our clinic is supported by a team of professionals with expertise in social work, chemical dependency, nutrition, podiatry, clinical pharmacy, and patient education. We are a collaboration with Seattle’s Downtown Emergency Service Center, who provide on-site mental health care and case management services for enrolled patients.

Diana Alvarez, MD, and The Clinic at Hobson Place, part of the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC), focus on improving healthcare access for individuals experiencing homelessness and disabilities. The clinic addresses the complex needs of these populations, providing integrated physical and behavioral health services in a supportive environment. Hobson Place features 177 affordable studio apartments and community spaces, fostering a healthier environment for residents and the broader community.
