2013: started making juices for my coworkers and built my business plan for a juice truck 2015: pitched my business idea at the Lion's Den, a Seattle Shark-Tank-Style event and made a deal with my investor. Bought a truck and started to remodel 2016: continued to remodel the truck, applied for permits, officially launched Grass & Root Juice Co.
