Better make sure your donations are clean. Pots and pans cant have marks on the bottom that are from use. Tops must dont have any debris at all. If these conditions arent met, they will refuse to...

Great customer service. The man who helped me unload my car was respectful, thoughtful, and helpful. Before I left, he asked if I wanted a tax receipt.
