I hit a rock, which broke the black water valve on my holding tank. Good Guys RV worked on it as soon as i brought it in, making a repair that looked almost impossible to me. They did not charge...

We came in for a warrantied recall Many different types of services offered Excellent customer service. Friendly. Will definitely come back here for future repairs or installations

Disappointed in service received 9/6/24. Been going yearly for 4 years for normal maintenance. In the past, always friendly, honest and straight forward. Not this time.

Most recently we had the tech come out to fix our furnace. After paying more than $1400 it's still not working and the guy came out approximately 5 times!! $1400 and the furnace blows out cold...
