Wa More than 50% of all tattoo shops in Kitsap County have been opened by artists that originally worked at and gained their experience and clientele at Golden Rule. We continue to bring in new artists to provide all ranges of art work and customer service that our customers want.. We our constantly changing and adding to our services and environment, to continually bring something new to our customers..
