Owners are exceptionally rude and even borderline racist. Have no customer service skills and will send you cards with bent corners while claiming they are in mint condition.

If you appreciate professionalism, trustworthiness, and integrity, then do not do business here. Typical jewelry store that will take advantage of anyone who doesn't understand the value of gold.
