NO NO NO This place is a loser. Just ask anyone who has called their main service number and tried to get even a simple thing done. Recently they closed their main Seattle branch in Belltown....

The people at the branch are nice enough unfortunately everything has to go through the Alaska main office in Alaska and they are most inept people on earth. They will give you a list of things...
