HistorySeattle First Church of the Nazarene celebrated it's One Hundredth year anniversary as a community of faith on October 13 & 14, 2007. SFC has been in Seattle for 100 years, and in the Wallingford neighborhood for over 50!SpecialtiesWho we are: Seattle First Church of the Nazarene (SFC) is an inter-generational congregation comprised of 50+ families. At SFC you will find every age represented and people from all walks of life. We come from all directions: Everett to Auburn and Seattle to the Sammamish plateau. We are drawn together by our desire to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. And our neighbors as ourselves!. Although a vibrant local church, SFC is also denominationally connected to the Church of the Nazarene. What we do: We come together in a host of ways: Sunday morning worship, educational classes home fellowship groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, women's and men's ministries, athletic events, age level ministries, retreats and camps. We are always finding ways to enjoy life and one another. Where we meet: SFC owns the Discovery House building at 4401 2nd Ave NE, Seattle WA 98105, and we hold many gatherings here.
