Ghostfish beers are 100% gluten free & Celiac safe and are made with artisan grains, primarily millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. The Taproom/Restaurant is 100% dedicated gluten free and the food menu features elevated pub favorites like fish and chips (beer battered in Ghostfish beer), mac and cheese, burgers, etc.
