My family called to get a new box because our old one wasn't working and when the employee came by our house he was so nice and sweet, his name is Thomas btw.

The worst customer service in the world. I have called 4-5 times and every time I get the same answer and NO help after. Then they put me on hold and a re just out right RUDE
