Do not get your jewlery resized here. I took a necklace in that I needed length added to. Not only did they forget about my piece and hsd to have it expedited twice, the chain they added didnhit...

They put the wrong size diamond in my ring, Also it was offset from center I will never get jewelry done there again

UPDATE: I picked up the ring the next day and the sales person (not James) mentioned that I'd be receiving a 10% discount because of the "incident" the day before. Obviously the whole experience...

The layout and amount of items are very well done. I find the cashiers lacking in customer service and are so very very slow at their jobs.
