A patient needs an advocate if staying in this facility; someone who knows what good care requires. Cold soup, long waits for a bedpan, ignored calls, "just a minute" turning into hours...

Hands down, a terrifying place to have a loved one be. We've had multiple falls and long, long waits for pain medication. The only positive is Brenda in occupational therapy. Don't do this place....
