Large selection but a super disorganized store! I try to avoid this location of Forever 21 because everything looks a little messy and the fitting rooms on the second floor haven't ever been open...

I was in the store with a friend, they went to the cash register and there was no one there. We stood for about 5 minutes and then the cashier came.

Average story, kind of messy. Many things aren't in the right place or not hung correctly. However, good prices. Sad to see it go. Customer service is usually friendly. Fitting room line can be long.
