I was visiting Longview for the holidays and the great coaches at FOE let me jump in for the week. Really great and friendly staff, the athletes were very nice and welcoming!

This gym is a joke! I LOVE all of the coaches there (NOT THE OWNERS) and can't wait for a REAL Crossfit gym to open soon. Hopefully they will poach all of the amazing, well deserving coaches...
