Group Classes: Ski conditioning; Cross training class for athletes; group workouts where moms can bring their children; and private small group yoga classes. VO2 testing and Heart Rate training: The VO2 test will teach you what your Heart Rate Zones are and where your Heart Rate should be while you work out to maximize the effectiveness of your training time. The Heart Rate Training plan will help you increase your zones so you improve your endurance, burn more fat and reduce your risk for injury.
