I've had to transfer insurance between WA and AZ and I LOVE that they are licensed in BOTH states, allowing me to maintain the relationship we have is a HUGE plus. I'm grateful for that.

Brad doesn't call people at pre arranged time for insurance quotes. That right there tells me about their customer service.
