Located in the heart of St Helens, Yoga Younion offers space to explore your relationship with your body, including mindfulness practices to facilitate being present as you move. We have something for everyone from Chair class to Flow class. Our instructors have either completed a minimum of 200 hours of training with Yoga Alliance certification or are trained healthcare professionals. Specialty training includes Yoga for chronic pain, trauma informed yoga, prenatal, restorative, bio mechanics and much much more.
