they don't answer phone calls! I am on the phone right now...it's been 35 minutes. Need to change auto pay info on accidental death policy. Website can't even find my policy and I've been paying...

I have 2 variable product which means it falls under Securities. Should be much more protected? The customer S/R told me that my payment is being drafted from a bank I have no knowledge off....
