The Coastal Community Action Program specializes in serving people with disabilities in the Grays Harbor and Pacific counties of Washington. The program offers paratransit medical transportation to Medicaid clients for medical appointments. The Coastal Community Action Program through its Meals on Wheels program, offers meals to home-bound senior citizens, as well as delivers frozen meals in rural areas on weekends. It also operates programs, such as clothing bank assistance and in-home, housing and emergency services. The program offers case management services to HIV-positive people through medical care, educational programs and social support groups. Additionally, it operates a mobility-related disability project, as well provides employment and volunteer opportunities. The Coastal Community Action Program is located in Aberdeen, Wash.
