FABULOUS!!! E found the perfect wig for my mom. Bunny is very helpful. Despite what these other reviews my experience has been very pleasant and yes it is a shop, within a business.

Voice mailbox is always full. "BUNNY" has a VM message but no way to leave one. Customer service is terrible. You would never know that this is a wig shop or even a business of any kind....

Very disappointed, called and left a message no return call. Drove there, 45 min from the north, no such shop! Apparently by appointment only. Doesn't say that anywhere on her website.
