It's sad but after 38 years of going to their Lakeshore clinic. They can't seem to keep good doctors and the new doctors only refer out to other doctors and refer you to programs that literally...

Stay Away from EVERGREEN HEALTH...Please avoid going to any Evergreen Health if you are planning to apply for their financial assistance program... Their whole billing system sucks. long call...

The doctors are great but the front desk and scheduling are a mess. Every time I have been to this office, I have waited ~30 minutes past my scheduled appointment even though I show up 15 minutes...

Have an appointment at 11:30 and was told to arrive 11:15 which I did. Once checked in, basically waited until a few minutes after 11:30 before a nurse came to get me for the preliminary work....
