It's sad but after 38 years of going to their Lakeshore clinic. They can't seem to keep good doctors and the new doctors only refer out to other doctors and refer you to programs that literally...

The receptionists are impolite and the scheduling is a complete disaster. Be prepared to walk into an empty waiting room and stand around waiting for someone to help you. Then wait some more....
