History

We realized very few lien services are owned and operated by an attorney. In fact, I have yet to find one with an attorney on staff. Yet, what lien services do is legal work . We can do the same work they do - and much more - at the same or cheaper prices. So, we started a lien service owned and operated by an actively practicing attorney. She is involved in every lien filing and also provides free consultations to any of our clients who want one. We are excited to be offering a unique and be essay service to our clients!

We file liens throughout Washington state. We focus on construction mechanic and materialman liens, but also file HOA, attorney, medical, storage, real estate, etc. We help people remove liens as well. We file liens in every county in Washington.
