Christina is of Puerto Rican descent and brings the flavors of Old San Juan and a New Yorican flare to the table. Natural is no new comer to the Tacoma scene as he was co-owner of Vinum Lounge and Soul Restaurant! "We founded Essence Lounge Tacoma with the idea of bringing our family's best recipes to the forefront of the local Tacoma food movement." We specialize in using the freshest ingredients and old fashioned techniques to create home cooked meals that are delicious and oh so satisfying.
