STAY FAR AWAY! This place is NOT for rehabilitation! It causes more damage than when you got there! Needs to be closed and anyone working there loose all health care credentials! My Father in law...

This facility has changed a lot. They have completely new leadership team that cares deeply about providing the best care for their patients. Definitely would put my loved ones here.
