History

Physical Therapy Associates has been locally owned since 1977. We proudly serve the greater Spokane community through advanced hands-on treatment and exercise, returning individuals to an active, functional life. Elevation Fitness Studio was the next step in serving our community and reaching new fitness levels for our clients. Our studio is unique and we offer a variety of group fitness classes all throughout the day and evening.

Specialties

Our studio is located on the second floor of Physical Therapy Associates. We are a unique fitness studio with certified instructors who offer individual instruction in group classes. We invest in each person that walks up the stairs and can tailor a workout to their specific needs. Our passion is to help individuals set and meet personal goals and to create a balanced lifestyle. We offer a wide range of classes from gentle yoga to high intensity circuit workouts. Most importantly we are a studio that focuses on creating an energetic environment where we work hard, have fun, and support each other.

StretchLab South Hill offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
