Stopped in to get a new set of nails because the place I originally went to (Q Nails) did such a horrible job. The owner of Q Nails sis my nails crooked and didn't even cut my nails or cuticles....

They need better sterilization practices...I noticed they didn't use fresh tools between clients. My dip nails turned out really thick and uneven. Disappointing for $70.
