History
Electric Beach began as a tanning, tattoo, wig and swimwear shop. It's always been mostly family. Jeans son Aarron Laidig provides tattoos and as a retired cosmetologist of over 50 years, Jean Laidig was happy to work with wigs and hairpieces. Her niece Sarah Bonny began working in 2006 and by 2009 had her cosmetology license. By this time, Jean had bought the conjoining hair salon and stepped out of hair retirement. At this point Jean and Sarah are partners in business and Aarron still works on art and tattoos in the shop. We always have a few little dogs and a few rescue cats running around, so we hope you like animals!
Specialties
We are a full service salon that specializes in fun, funky colors, razor cuts, brow waxing, beard trims and precision cuts. We carry a large variety of wigs a hairpieces. Tattoos and tanning are available as well as an array of swimsuits, Avon products and jewelry.

HORRIBLE service, horrible stylist, NEVER go here!! After spending almost an entire day at this salon getting my hair colored, I was left with a horrid color. But that was not even the worst part....

Best place on the peninsula for cut and color. ASK FOR SARAH. She's a perfectionist. Specializing in up dos. Razor cuts. Foils. Perms . Hair color. Cuts. Everything she is amazing at!
