It's nice to have as an option within the hospital. This location has a nice variety of items, and the staff is friendly. However, this morning I was sold a cup of cookies that expired 3 days ago....

Real bagels are boiled before baking, Einstein does NOT boil them first so they are not really making bagels, just dough with a hole unlike Proof Bakery on MLK near St Joseph hospital .
