E-Renter is a Consumer Reporting Agency, and authorized reseller for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. We have 24/7 online direct access to consumer and business credit files as well as many other databases for credit, criminal, eviction, driving records, property deed records, assessor records, etc.E-Renter believes in giving back to the local community. In addition to employee membership and participation in local organizations, we make donations to help fund local projects:September 2008, we provided total funding for a program to provide reading materials, timers, and book totes to a local elementary high-needs classroom to encourage literacy. English is a second language for 40% of this class.June 2008, a donation was made to the dog trainer fund of Summit to Sound Search and Rescue.December 2007, we donated funds to help a local 5th grade classroom acquire a document camera to assist with student presentation of their scientific thinking, process, and findings.E-Renter USA was incorporated in the State of Washington on June 22, 2003. Their property management background, coupled with Guy's MBA and business experience in marketing, made the tenant screening business a natural fit.In January 2006, the Better Business Bureau announced that E-Renter was recipient of the Small Business Innovative Business Practices Award.June 2008 saw E-Renter relocating from Blaine to Bellingham, Washington. The new 2, 863 square feet in our headquarters facility is complete with state of the art security systems with controlled access, staff fingerprint scanners, closed circuit TV monitoring, 24-hour alarmed motion detectors, after-hour security guard, and Department of Defense NSA-approved shredders.E-Renter USA recently added a California satellite office when Lee Itzhaki joined the team as Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development.
