Located in a wooded park on the Dungeness River, the River Center offers lectures, classes and field trips for adults and children year round. Exhibits of the birds, animals and plants of the Dungeness watershed open Oct. 2022. Meeting space, catering kitchen, classrooms, gift shop and Hurricane Coffee at the River. Open daily Mon-Sat., 9-5, Sun., noon-5. Admission is free.

We love stopping by the Nature Center when cycling on the ODT (olympic discovery trail) and railroad bridge. Indoor and outdoor restrooms are available. The Nature center is a wonderfully updated...

Omgoodness! What a brilliantly beautiful place to be. A bit removed from the city square of Sequim the Dungeness Nature Center is absolutely wonderful for walking and birding.
