Career Path Services, funded by federal, state and other grants, is a private nonprofit employment agency. Established in 1971, the organization offers a variety of employment services, such as creating effective resumes and cover letters, interviewing skills, training and retraining, job search skills, employment referrals, developing workplace skills, and networking. It also organizes various employment workshops, and partners with a variety of technical schools, colleges and other organizations to help customers obtain the required training. The organization represents employers, such as Agilent Technologies, Avista Utilities, Bank of America, Cingular Wireless, Columbia Lighting, FedEx, Food Services of America, GroupHealth Cooperative, Honeywell, IBM, Itronix, and Keytronix. As a WorkSource affiliate and partner, the organization provides various resources for businesses and job seekers, such as online temporary and seasonal job banks, research and assessment tools, and statewide community resources. Career Path Services is headquartered in Spokane, and has offices in Spokane Valley, Colville and Omak, Wash.
