Never again. What I asked for was not what I received. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've stayed back and had them fix it. They already chopped off 4 inches. If showing example pics wasn't enough....

They did a horrible. Rhonda cut hair off way to short when I had asked for a trim, my dye had faded in less than a week, and she had cut my favorite necklace in the process! It horrible
